Owner & Teacher
Hi, I’m Rose and Aerial is one of my biggest passions and I’m so happy to share this with everyone in my hometown of Macclesfield.
My Aerial journey has taken me across the UK where I have been lucky enough to learn from different teachers and explore a variety of styles.
I completed my EAC teacher training course at My Aerial Home in London and I continue to develop my own skills through regular training at BlushDance in Stockport.
I believe aerial is for everyone, and my goal is to make each class a safe, supportive, and inspiring experience. Whether you’re here to challenge yourself, improve your fitness, or simply enjoy a new creative outlet, I can’t wait to share the journey with you.
Lauren Ault

Hi, I’m Lauren and before I got into Aerial I was an early years teacher and gymnastics coach. I started training aerial 12 years ago and starting teaching 9 years ago.
I have taught and performed Aerial in England, Thailand, Maldives and Dubai as well as competing in Australia.
Recently I have been judging a lot of competitions virtually based around the world.
I love to teach silks, hoop, hammock and trapeze and my passion is introducing new students to the world of aerial and watching their confidence grow as the aerial addiction takes hold!
