What should I wear?

Leggings and a comfy top (t-shirt, vest, or sports top) are perfect,
A hoodie or long sleeve top for certain moves is recommended.

Jewelry and watches to be removed.

What should I bring to class?

Staying hydrated is important so please bring a bottle of water with you.

Can I do Aerial if I have never done anything like this before?

Absolutely! No previous experience is required.
